Adaptive reuse of an 11,000 square foot school building built in 1932, for use as a Parish Center for the St. Gregory Church Community. The project scope includes conversion of the existing aduitorium into a dining hall, along with provision of a new kitchen, and transformation of an ashpalt parking area into a landscaped patio / courtyard to provide an additional dining area. The project also includes new parish offices as well as community meeting rooms.
