Capturing the views of the surrounding hills, the design for this residence provides for a second floor master bedroom suite with study, bath and terrace. Conforming to the limited zoning envelope, the second floor is angled relative to the first floor on the east and south, and sheltered by a broad overhanging roof. The new exterior skin is composed of cedar planks and smooth troweled plaster.
