Renovation of 30-story structure built in 1926. Scope included seismic retrofit, code upgrades (ADA, fire/life safety), mechanical/electrical systems upgrade, and restoration of historic finishes and features. The restoration work included exterior terra cotta and granite, interior limestone, marble, tile and decoratively painted plaster ceilings. The work also included restoration of historic light fixtures, as well as reproduction of period fixtures.
