Restoration and adaptive reuse of a 7,000 square foot carriage house designed in 1911 by Myron Hunt. The National Register eligible structure, most recently used to house maintenance equipment, was transformed into an art exhibition gallery. The scope of work included restoration of the neoclassical shell, seismic improvements, and new interior finishes, as well as museum-quality HVAC, lighting and fire protection systems.
