Rehabilitation of a 1920’s apartment building in the West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles. Scope consisted of rehabilitation of kitchens and bathrooms, repair and refinishing of other interior rooms and features, rehabilitation of deteriorated windows and replacement of missing windows, upgrading of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and landscaping.
